Good food but great service! Everyone who worked there was super nice and fun to interact with. Definitely feels like a small, neighborhood restaurant.

This is one of the best Thai spots I have ever been to. I have nothing but positive things to say about this lovely business. This is the only place where I tipped 100% on my check (and 75% the next visit!). The restaurant is always quiet, they have thai iced tea for $1, they gave us complimentary salad rolls (even when we just popped in for take out), and always give us a complimentary mango sticky rice (which was a wonderful surprise in our take out as well!) The food is delicious and affordable, big portions are a plus too! The top quality of this place is the service. This is hands down the best service I have ever received in my entire life of dining. The staff are extremely welcoming and take good care of us. Food is always quick to arrive to your table. Even when I popped in for some quick carry-out half an hour before they closed, I was treated as if I was dining in and was offered tea/water and magazines during my wait as well as some light appetizers. Have you ever experienced service that resulted in a 100% tip? This is the place.

Stopped here for lunch, super friendly staff, cute little restaurant... amazing Pad Thai...i added their peanut sauce, which was vey tasty... highly recommend them... great lunch and dinner prices and portions.... lots of gray menu options too!!!!

Great food with even better services. We loved the curries and the papaya salad. The veggies are fresh. They serve small appetizers and dessert. Great restaurant!

All I have to say is "Wow." My boyfriend and I were craving Thai food while visiting Portland and found Sivalai here (through raving Google reviews).
I truly could not have been more impressed with the incredibly friendly service. It was outstanding. Our food was delicious and our water glasses were always filled. Our wonderful waiter (seriously, the kindest waiter we have ever come across) stopped by several times to check in on how everything was tasting. He also thanked us many times for coming by to eat at the restaurant.
The quality and prices of the food were also unbeatable. At the time of our visit, it was $1 for a very delicious Thai iced tea!
I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for some delicious Thai eats, I encourage you to head over to Sivalai!
