Came here for a company dinner. Had an 8 course meal. The dishes were good, I especially liked the duck sausage. My Shirley Temple was also tasty.

Our server was nice, kept our drinks full. Décor was fairly simple. Solid 4/5 would come back.

Great atmosphere
Great drinks - old fashioned is great!
Food is very tasty - but small in portion.
Desert ... to die for.

We held a private reception event at Park Kitchen for ~45 people and everyone here made the event feel personal, private, and special! This is the place for a catering event if you wish to share amazing food and Portland's incredible service!

We welcomed guests in the large common room and the staff had a punch and served appetizers. Later, we sat down to family style dinner and Park Kitchen catered to some of our dietary restrictions like gluten free and vegetarians. We also had late arrivals and the kitchen kept warm plates to everyone could eat.

The mgmt worked with our budget and we had an amazing evening that was affordable and delicious!

Don't wait- book your special event with Park Kitchen!

I highly recommend the daily happy hour at the bar from 5-6 pm. Though it's limited to an hour, the expert preparation is the same. Classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Gimlet, and Classic Martini are only $6. A large plate of Kens bread with crackers and Park Kitchen's own divine butter is a must at $6. The beet salad and Brussels sprouts were perfectly prepared in generous portions for $11 each. (Note: Park Kitchen is gratuity-free, so take this into consideration when reviewing the menu prices.)

I've been to Park Kitchen twice, once for happy hour and another time for dinner. Both experiences were AMAZING. The staff is very attentive (without being overly so) and the food is amazing. I enjoyed that our server explained our dishes and the culinary thought the cooks put into it.

The entrees are on the smaller side (which for me isn't necessarily a bad thing), though the trade off with cost can be a little disappointing if you're used to getting more food at $15-ish. The quality of the food/ingredients and the fact that it's one of the few restaurants in Portland that is gratuity free (so the servers receive a decent salary) makes up for it, however.
