I loved my stay here. Its decor is pretty classic - not trying to be hipster. Breakfast was great, room service dinner arrived in 20 minutes and was tasty. The front desk lady felt bad for me when I told her about my horrible flight and she gave me credit for 2 free drinks!

Well not exactly downtown per say but just across the bridge by the rose quarter there are lots of things to do. The Hub of all public transportation will take you anywhere. Extremely tourist-friendly. Courtyard has great service.

Great location, nice facility. There's an indoor pool, so don't forget your suit! Nice bar, restaurant and lobby area. Easy walk to MAX train and buses.

This Courtyard goes above and beyond what is required of Marriott Courtyards. Free coffee in the lobby and if you are a platinum elite, your choice of a market item which includes beer or wine. Lots of other small extras make this Courtyard a must stay when in Portland

Pretty standard hotel experience. Only thing that was interesting was that there was a couch when browsing room photos online. Room was clean and the gym is good as well. Just close enough to downtown Portland area. If you stary here I would recommend renting a car. You can park on the street as well after 10pm to avoid valet.
