As someone who is publicly passionate about automobiles and making sure my vehicle is safe, I would not recommend Jared Dean State Farm to anyone.
After calling to switch my renters insurance, they cancelled the policy on my new address and kept insuring the home I did not occupy. This mixup was no revealed to me until I got a cancellation notice in the mail weeks later. The policy for the new address was cancelled the day I called to cover my new address.
I also called three times to cancel my policy this morning (during office hours) and the phone was not answered.
If you are that incompetent with paperwork I certainly do not trust you with my car.

Wish I could give zero stars. Liers and theives. Don't tell you all the information. Charge you for days of coverage you don't use when starting a new month. Take money from your account after you cancel with them and battled me for almost 3 weeks before they "refunded" me money that they should never have taken in the first place. Made me miss a bill. And to top it off. They didn't refund me the correct amount. Stole $50 off of my refund. When I asked why they say it's just how the system works. Never deal with them again.

Wonderfull Staff, Angela Lobova always their to help, dose last minute things for example. I got pulled over and did not have my current ID cards on me, I've called it in and before I hang up the phone I already had it sand to my email.... very professional and easy to get a hold of

I just moved from California to Oregon- a few things had changed and being a young driver it got confusing. Agent John as been super helpful! State Farm has been incredible all in all. Thank you for making sure my rates are low as they can be and taking all my pesky calls!!:)

Everyone I've spoken to in this office has been amazing - incredibly helpful, friendly, and so patient despite my endless questions and numerous calls the last few weeks. My agent, John, is very prompt and was sooo helpful when I was getting quotes for insuring various vehicles while car shopping. Hopefully I won't need to bug them again, but I know that if I ever find myself in the unfortunate situation of needing to file a claim, I can trust John and everyone in this office to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Thank you all!
