Jen Wakayama at Innovative Benefits Group is a rock star in the health and medical insurance world. As a client she has handled my small business account for years and we trust her advice implicitly. I also refer my valued clients from my agency to Jen because I know she will take very good care of them. She has bailed out a few clients from difficult situations and been a trusted advisor for them and myself.
