I had a river view room with king bed. Room was spacious with an ecellent bathroom - with separate shower and tub and excellent lighting. The front desk service was very good with prompt and courteous valet service. The restaurant is currently under construction so I was unable to dine there.

Clean and modern. Those place has a spa and a restaurant (that was closed for renovations during my stay) Best part of our room was the bathroom. Big and gorgeous!

Very nice location. There was renovations going on, I just didn't like one thing which was our room service was skipped and wasn't done. But they did send new towels to the room when asked. Overall, I would book this hotel again because of all the additional services and locations.

I called the night before to inquire about early check in, I was willing to pay a half day rate. The person on the phone told me I would be put in the "queue." I arrived at 2 pm, hoping for the best, at the least the "guaranteed" check in is at 4 pm. The suite was finally ready right before 5 pm. Wow, just wow. I was told time and time again that it would be "just a bit longer." Clearly housekeeping runs the show, not management.
I decided instead of waiting for my luggage to be brought up, I would just do it myself. What do I find when I reach my floor? Housekeeping playing grab ass. Must be nice....I am clearly in the wrong industry. Don't waste your time here, there is ZERO concern for the guest. Drop your $500 night on a hotel downtown that has ACTUAL customer service!!! One a good note, Ryan at the hotel restaurant is the bomb! Thanks Ryan!!!!!!!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel before Christmas 2016. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by a really friendly front desk lady (Forgot her name) and were checked in right away and headed to our room for a restful night.
Room were pretty big with a balcony, beds were really comfortable & all amenities were stocked up. Parking was little pricy at the hotel @ $22 a night but there is no other option unless you want to park and few blocks away for cheaper and walk.
The hotel is in a residential/commercial area and dinner choices are limited, you would have to drive out to grab a bite to eat. Hotel offers complimentary bikes if one feels to ride along the river next to the hotel on the trail. Hotel also has a GYM and Jacuzzi in the SPA which is open to any one staying at the hotel, which was definitely a nice perk to lay back and relax.
Drove to Portland downtown which is only 10 min drive from the hotel for some good old tax free shopping and checked out the Portland zoo which is a definite visit if u have kids.
Overall, we were satisfied with the service we received at this hotel and would stay again in the future because of the reasonable cost and location.
