I had ongoing health problems. I went in to see Dr. Sam Oltman from January 2017 to August 2017. After about a few visits he, without testing me, diagnosed me with different things and began treating me for them. He sold me highly expensive products that did nothing for me. He then decided that what he had diagnosed me with was wrong and determined I had another ailment instead. He then unprofessionally prescribed me a dangerously high dosage of a pharmaceutical drug. I learned later that the dosage was incredibly WRONG and could have damaged my entire body. It did not help me in the slightest and seemed to worsen my existing problems and bring on new symptoms that are still bothering me today.
He then pushed me into taking a food intolerance test. So I paid for the food intolerance test and followed the new diet(strictly and accurately) for about 5 months becoming sicker and sicker while following it. I was dizzy everyday, suffering from insomnia, and my original symptoms worsened... ten fold. My wife was going nuts and thought I was going to die. T.T
So Dr. Oltman seemed dumbfounded that his unprofessional guessing hadn't cured me. He even apologized for his incorrect practicing about 4 or 5 times in my 7 months of seeing him. And I'll have you know, I knew no better and trusted the doctor at the time believing I just had a serious issue that was hard to treat. I tell you, I know now that when you have an ongoing issue, you need a smart doc who is willing to get all the right tests done unlike Dr. Oltman.
I made my final visit to Dr. Oltman and he guessed(again) that it'd be a great idea to try the dangerous high dosage of the pharmaceutical again and that was the last straw I canceled the prescription and professionally told him I would no longer see him. (In my head: cause he was an idiot...) He could have at least referenced me out to another doctor if my condition was beyond his understanding.
I on my own got myself to another naturopath doctor and she got me on the right track within a month and I'm well on my way to getting my life back. She requested my records from Grain Health and they suspiciously left out one thing... the food intolerance test. Which with a second opinion I determined was a fraud. After going back to my original healthy whole food diet and reintroducing my so call "food intolerances," I'm beginning to feel me again.
Don't go to Grain and if you have to, don't see Dr. Oltman and don't take the food intolerance test which seems only to exist to make your life miserable. Also beware of their desire to sell you unnecessary expensive unhelpful products.

Clean and warm office with extremely friendly and helpful office staff. Dr Jackson, in particular, is friendly and warm. To date, all of my visits have had virtually no wait time and have gone extremely well.

Dr. Kates-Chinoy is so encouraging, Dr. Baum is direct, and Dr. Oltman is the perfect doctor to see when you're sick! Camille at the front desk is amazingly efficient and the consummate professional. I feel supported, informed, and cared for by the team here.

When Western practitioners said I was "Fine", even though I was experiencing symptoms indicating otherwise, Dr. Le was the compassionate practitioner who advocated for my health and worked with me to find a solution. I really appreciate her care, hard work, dedication, and professionalism. I have my quality of life back and I'm so grateful!
