This place is consistently terrible. They overbook appointments probably to make money from the poor clients who spend most of their time waiting (2-3 hours or more). Avoid coming here if at all possible.

Milwaukie Location: Dr. Ta is very nice & competent, I don't have any issues with her. But the office/billing completely sucks. Every single year I have had some sort of billing issue. Be prepared to pay up front. Then be overpaid after your insurance processes & applies PPO discounts. Then wait forever for a refund. Or more fun, have them "lose" your payment. The front desk tells you insurance is "a billing thing." If you call billing, they refer you back to the clinic. I will be going elsewhere .

Everyone here was very nice to me, and I loved Dr Romanowski and his scribe. When I asked admin if the services I received were covered by my insurance, I was told they were with a co-pay, then received a bill in the mail saying I owe them more money.

prescription messed up two times in 2 months and they admitted it the first time - second time I didn't inform them. waste of time. advise you to find an alternative
