I have been a patient of Dr. Wolfsehr for over 30 years. He and his staff have always provided the highest levels of care and follow up. That's why I've never changed dentists although I've moved as far North as Longview, Washington, and as far South as McMinnville. There's just no substitute for quality customer care, and his office consistently provides it!

I have gone to Mitch Wolfsehr for many years and not only is he a great dentist, but he has always given me a lot of time, is caring, gentle and I always feel positive about the work he has done. He also has the best assistants who exemplify his kind and gentle manner. Five stars for sure!!

My family and I have been going to Dr Wolfsehr for many years and he has kept our teeth very healthy!

The actual dentist and his dental work was not very good at all. He seemed to rush through everything he was doing. Hardly cleaned my teeth, just the surface area.
The worst part of all is the secretary told me that they accepted my insurance. After getting a lot of work done at their establishment I received a bill for several hundred dollars. I called the dentist and it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. When I finally spoke with the secretary she told me that she will call the insurance company to see what went wrong. Months passed, she never called me back. She finally called me and told me that the insurance company will not accept the claim.
So, I called the insurance company and inquired about the issue. The insurance company plainly told me that the dentist does not accept my insurance.
I called the secretary back and told her what the insurance company said., asked her why she lied to me, and told her that I would not have gotten service from them if I knew I had to pay for it in cash. She HARDLY apologized and told me that all she can do is reduce my bill by 50%.
This dental company is THE MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in 30 years.
If you need dental work done, I would ask you to consider my experience and look elsewhere.
