What a great dentist! Amazing staff! Lovely to work with and very clear. They really spend time to make sure you understand what is going on and that you are comfortable! So happy I found them!

I have been going here for years. I can safely say that everyone on staff is great. They are very accommodating and nice to deal with.

I lived blocks away from this dentist office for years but only just gave them a try. I was way impressed. Dr. Brock is skilled and very pleasant. The office has top of the line equipment and a staff that is definitely competent and customer service oriented. They even have a special scan they run for free because they have found it saves lives. Strongly recommend this dentist.

I have not changed my opinion of Dr Brock he is very good and I appreciate his good care-
HOWEVER the staff who support him at the front desk can make life difficult,. not calling back to reschedule and not responding to issues of billing errors. I am now in my second round to trying to get an error in billing me resolved - and not getting any response from the front desk except a bill . My insurance company confirms that I do not owe this $121. Yet I am still billed. It is very disappointing to see this kind of unprofessional behavior from this office.
It is a shame that a great dentist has people who do not match his good manners and skills.

One star, but I had to give that just to post.
Wanted a dental office I could walk to, but does not take new patients on OHP.
I've been to some fancy dentists before, but just wanted something closer.
Obviously he is only in it for the money, I couldn't be less impressed. I will frown every time I pass by.
