One of the best northeastern style Chinese cuisine in town. Love their handmade noodle in spicy seafood soup, really delicious. Dumplings are juice and tender, taste pretty good too. Price $$. Sometimes is hard to find a street parking spot.

This is my favorite Chinese food restaurant in Portland (having come from NY). Really good dumplings and dishes (for the most part).Order dumplings and clay pot chicken, and you have the best. Other food is usually also really good. The main downside is the difficulty parking. But, it is worth finding a spot!

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Only street parking is available, but it's usually is not an issue. The hand made noodles are delicious and happy has some awesome deals. Definitely my and my girlfriends new favorite Chinese restaurant!

They have a whole vegan/vegetarian portion of the menu, which we have never been disappointed with. Our fave is the vegan potstickers - YUM.
We went on Christmas Eve last year, sat at the bar. We actually got a moment to chat with the chef, which was really cool to begin with, but then he asked us to do him a favor. He had a bunch of left over food that he didn't want to waste...he had boxed it up and asked if we would hand it out to homeless people in the area that night, which we gladly did!

Borderline 5 stars. No deduction for their food. Even the funky, old feel is nice. But it can be loud.
You have to try their homemade noodles! Some of the best I've ever had. Their combination of spices is extremely well done. Very complex flavors that work nicely together. Our service was very good.
