We were not acknowledged for almost 10 minutes once were were seated. Waitress forgot my drink order. Salads not fresh, seemed like they must have been sitting in a refrigerator for some time, maybe even from the night before. Wife's lasagna arrived near room temperature. My spaghetti carbonara was good but I had to go fetch tabasco from the kitchen as our waitress did not come back after dropping off the food. We took my wife's lasagna to go. The manager asked how our food was and we told him about the lasagna, he offered to heat it up and did not seem very concerned about our return business. What can I say, I guess the clientele has low expectations. Sad to say, but Olive Garden seems like a better bet.

I went tonight with my family based off a recommendation from a coworker. Initial thoughts were positive and we were looking forward to a good dinner. The food was good but service was not on par. I ordered a side of sausage to accompany my meal which did not come out. Our waitress never caught it. I brought to the attention of the manager and he corrected it. We had an appetizer and tow cups of soup which we finished before our meals came out and those plates remained on the table. I even stacked the soup cups on the plate that the appetizer came on and they still remained on the table. Waitress never offered to refill water and we did not see her till we were done with our meal. Once gain food was good but the service needs to be better so that I can bump up the review.

We came to celebrate my best friend birthday on a Thursday, 9/14/2017 at Ernesto Italian Restaurant. We have no idea when we arrived it was Happy Hour Thursday. So we excitedly went to the bar and enjoyed the yummy Happy Hour food and Lounge Dinner! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We got our delicious bread and always checking on us how we are doing and if we got all we wanted to make our experience memorable! And, to top of it all...my friend got free birthday ice cream! Everyone in the room sing Happy Birthday song for my friend! We feel like it was a big happy family both staff and customers! Keep up the good customer service! We certainly will be coming back!

So we excitedly went to the bar and enjoyed the yummy Happy Hour food and Lounge Dinner! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We got our delicious bread and always checking on us how we are doing and if we got all we wanted to make our experience memorable! And, to top of it all...my friend got free birthday ice cream! Everyone in the room sing Happy Birthday song for my friend! We feel like it was a big happy family both staff and customers! Keep up the good customer service! We certainly will be coming back!

A cute little family-owned restaurant, the food is excellent, relatively authentic, and reasonably priced. One thing I really like if that they have no issues with substitutions and offer many things a la carte, so you can customize your meal. Additionally, the service has always been excellent. Several times, the owner has come to chat with us and asked how they can improve, even though we had no complaints! Just a very friendly, homey feel with amazing food and service. You will want to come back again and again!

The Salmon salad was to die for. The greens were fresh and crisp and the Salmon was perfectly prepared, it was so tender and flavorful. The bread they serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was delicious. My cocktail was a little watered down but the food was so good I didn't care. Their children's menu is extensive and the portions are huge. Both my 3 and 5 year old loved their dishes, spaghetti with a giant meatball and cheese ravioli in meat sauce. The cups they serve the children's drinks in have a lid which is very much appreciated as well. They were packed and we had a small wait, maybe 10 minutes tops, and the kiddos enjoyed playing with the toys in the toy box in the foyer and the singing Elmo with a pizza. It is a very romantic and calming atmosphere that also caters to families in a very practical and classy way. Also of note: even though they were very busy our service was prompt and accurate. I enjoyed the low lighting and decor as well. We will be back for sure!
