A friend bought me a meal at this place and I got yelled at for not paying personally and told to "hurry and eat and get out!". Very rude manager will never eat here again. I would suggest Jack in the box or McDonald's. Both have great customer service skills and don't care who pays as long as they get paid.

This is the 5th time they get my order wrong ! Bad costumer service ! A girl name Nayeli gave me attitude after I had to repeat my order 4 times and she still got it wrong . Today I tried the new Hawaiian chicken and I asked for no onions . The guy in the drive thru he's about 19 has a lack of attention spand always rushing me . He repeated my order and everything seemed right . Even Ruby the cashier at the drive thru seem like she knew what she was doing . But as soon as I come home my Hawaiin chicken has onions and I check my receipt and it doesn't say (No onions) The lack of training is major ! Y'all should be getting my order right getting payed 11.25 hr

I don't come here very often but the food is usually hot and fresh. This time it was lukewarm and greasy. The bigger problem was the loud, continuous commercial playing for Sirius satellite radio. Who thought this is appropriate? It is very tacky and incredibly irritating. It may explain why the place was almost empty on a Saturday afternoon.

The food always tastes good, however every time I order I order a Dr. Pepper with our meals. It's pretty much the one soda we like. Every. Time. I go in the soda tastes awful. Like, it just tastes like straight up soda water. This has never not been the case. I always forget the soda tastes awful, because we don't eat fast food often, and then I order it and am disappointed again. This has been going on for the almost two years we have lived here. Please, please, please fix the soda to syrup ratio! I find it hard to believe that I would be the only person to complain about this considering how consistent the problem is.

Usually no problems. This time I order the breakfast burger. No ketchup add onion rings. He said it will be 30 cent extra. Cool no problem! So I get home and start to eat my fries,open my burger and it's not at all what I ask for. No worries I'll just call them up. Not busy for the most part at all. He'll even two people in the window for God sakes but three times I call no answer, no answer, then a hang up. I come in and let them know. They rush me the burger and offer to though out my bad cause some home now I ate all my fries (I had not ). So my burger is handed to me now fries are cold and I don't even get a my bad!!!!! Let alone sorry about that! I don't mind the order getting messed up... it happens. But no excuse for lack of courtesy and hanging up on me!
