Newly remodeled nice track, still has the new track smell. One hour parking in a small lot that can accommodate perhaps 10 cars at best, and I believe 2? hour parking on the adjacent street.
Public restrooms on location, did not check those out for the reason below.
Unfortunately the Portland city problem diminished enjoyment of exercise as there was a homeless tent set up in the bushes S of the track in the adjacent hill next to the almost complete building. For about 20 minutes, the poor person behind the bushes was retching, vomiting and screaming, someone who was obviously physically unwell. Unfortunately, we as Portlanders have grown immune to such things so no one paid any attention and continued to mind their own business.

This is a great rubber composite surface track made from recycled shoes in partnership with Nike.
The track has 8 lanes and I've never seen it too crowded. There are also two long jumps, a setup for steeplechase, a high net for discuss maybe? As well as posts for a soccer nets on the internal field which is all grass.
Since the track has some over hanging trees and is surrounded by gravel in some areas there is minor debris in some spots.
Over all it is great to have a running track like this in the neighborhood!
