I was in a difficult situation with insurance needs and had less than a week to resolve my problems. I called Fg Insurance with a plea for help. I was connected with Cassandra Alspaw. She could not have been more helpful, professional and understanding of my problems and concerns. She took an inordinate amount of time with my needs and made sure all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I know she was working long hours as she called me early in the morning and late in the afternoon to keep me informed as to her progress as she worked to resolve my situation. I was truly amazed at her energy, positive attitude and effectiveness. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation or hesitation.

Lorraine Mason and her staff are awesome! They go above and beyond in assisting in getting you the health insurance that works for your personal needs. They also help with analyzing the best financial decision by comparing premium costs and out of pocket costs. I am a CPA so I know about finances and taxes but Lorraine's in depth knowledge of the various plans that are available makes the decision process so much easier! Health insurance is complicated and if one doesn't have the coverage they need at the time of a claim it can cost thousands of dollars in out of pocket expense.
