Perfect location. Close to everything in downtown & waterfront. Beautiful views of waterfront from the waterfront facing room but it does get noisy with road traffic. Smart TV with Netflix & YouTube as long as you have your own subscription. Clean bathroom with good pressure shower. Friendly staff. Mostly saw working professionals staying here. Definitely coming back again

Staying with another couple who got us a great rate. Very clean. Flavor infused over cold water in the lobby. Nice large gym with cable machines and free weights. Great waterfront downtown location. Would love to be able to stay regularly.

If you’re visiting the downtown Portland area , don’t stay anywhere else. Very good hotel. They set the standard when it come to customer service. Front desk was very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure guest are happy. Conveniently located close to transportation system. Nice park nearby. Rooms are clean and bed slept comfortable. Worth every penny. 😎😎😎😎😎😎

Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Service was good and everyone was nice. The A/C in our room was really noisy (rattled). It would be nice if there was a nightlight or dim light in the bathroom. The club-level breakfast food was OK, but the room was nice. They only had Pepsi products.

I am a Marriott rewards member and attended a work specific conference here. My room was nicely apportioned but the color on the TV was really weird, making flesh tones look green. I really would have enjoyed logging into my own Netflix account on their system if it wasn't for that. The bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. For being a busy convention hotel, the rooms were pretty quiet which I appreciated. My only negatives - the elevators were running incredibly slowly so it was often faster to take the stairs. On days 2 and 3 of my stay, there was no hot water for showering in the morning. In a large hotel, I wouldn't have expected that to be the case. And as a rewards member, I wasn't offered my choice of room type which was disappointing as other convention attendees, who aren't rewards members, were given the option of a king bed, or 2 queens.
