Easy check in, rooms were fantastic and cozy. We we're welcomed into our room with light music and the thermostat set to the perfect temp for the winter. Erin was so kind to wish us a happy birthday celebration. Wonderful staff makes it complete.

I can't say enough about this wedding venue and catering team! (I got married a month ago, and my guests are STILL talking about how great the food was!) I knew from square one that I wanted an elegant venue with a full-service bar and great food, and Hotel deLuxe delivered. I didn't have to set a single thing up or tear a single thing down. EVERYTHING was taken care of, so all I had to do was enjoy my wedding day. Thank you SO MUCH Adrienne, Sarah, Bobby, Gracie's kitchen team, and the HdL catering staff for such an amazing wedding day!

Beautiful, luxurious, super-friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, inviting, and have a great deal of character. Everywhere you go, you are surrounded by classic movie imagery and glamour. The restaurant, Gracie's, is especially lovely, like stepping into a 1950's Hollywood movie, and the food is fantastic. My father ordered the prime rib and said it was the best he'd ever had. My Cobb salad was also delicious and beautifully presented.

A beautiful, well-run hotel with good, small rooms. It has a theme of classic movies; Hitchcock stills lined the walls of my floor.
But the best indication of how well-run it is: My wife is allergic to down. Before we arrived, they had replaced all of our pillows with hypo-allergenic ones. Thank you!

Love this place! Madison checked us in and took care of us! We needed last minute accommodations and she was so incredibly helpful! She gave us a map of Portland and recommended the tastiest restaurants! Every interaction we had with the staff here was so pleasant. This hotel is so charming, clean, and comfortable. They also treated my dog like royalty here, which was the cherry on top of this great experience. So happy we stayed here! I would highly recommend!
