Driver was very friendly, arrived within the expected time. Took the fastest way route and was very nice. Older retired gentleman, wish I could remember his name. Very professional.

I was in Maine on both business and pleasure.
I arrived by Amtrak and was picked up promptly by Abbey Road Taxi of Portland to the Dollar Rent-a-car at Jetport. When my business was done a week later I contacted Abbey and once again I was promptly picked up by Dennis. Very courteous. Very professional and the prices just can't be beat. I told Dennis just as I am telling the owners of this taxi service that upon my return to Maine, I will contact Abbey for all of my taxi needs and I will relay this information to my Military Unit.

Wow - exceptionally rude customer service - just right now - telling customers to shut up, hanging phone in the middle of conversation, promisinh taxi in 15 minutes, not delivering in 20+ minutes.
Well well - Uber definitely will have a market here and there. Good luck guys with such an attitude.

Accidentally left my wallet in the taxi while visiting Portland. The owner contacted me immediately and sent my wallet back to me for nothing. Very kind and generous of them! Thank you for the excellent service!

Not a good experience. Took the taxi to go back to college but got charged twice because we have two people. According to the driver, the reason was I did not tell them in advance that I am not travelling alone. If I did, I would be charged the rate indicated on their website.

Update: The owner contacted me and is offering me a refund, so I guess this is just a personal practice of the driver. Glad we worked this out.
