Service is ..ok. If it's not lunch time or rush hour, you're probably going to get old cold food. I remember specifically requesting food made fresh at a time where nobody was waiting for me. They made me wait for at least a few minutes, then gave me room temperature food that was practically inedible is was so old and dry. I specifically only go here when it's busy.

They forgot the sauce for my nuggets and I had to park to wait for them.

It's just McDonald's. As far as it goes, this location is fine. But being fast food, the bar is set low.

A five star for a McDonalds. Employees are friendly! No need to repeat your order to the cashier, they understand you the first time. The place is clean!

It's annoying that nearly every time I place an order here, it's wrong in the end. On the upside, they do a pretty good job keeping the place clean and presentable. They have a Playplace at this location that is pretty enjoyable for my kids (4 and 9). The staff seems to be pretty good about taking ownership of their mistakes when an issue has been brought to their attention. Out of the three locations within four miles of each other, this is still my preference due to the Playplace and proximity to other interests.
As a side note: If you're turning left into their driveway from Forest Ave., you may become witness to major road-rage. During busy traffic hours the people turning left onto Forest Ave. from Allen Ave. will be stopped in the middle of the intersection for the entire duration of the left green arrow into McDonald's. This often times will trigger agitated drivers to inflict upon others: vehicle collisions, screamed vulgarity, obscene gestures, excessive horn usage, uncomfortable stares, and I have even witnessed persons exiting their vehicle to tell at and intimidate other drivers. Most people wait u til the traffic clears and run the red light in-between signals. Between 3:30pm and 5:30pm you should just come in another direction. It's impossible to obey the laws and get a hamburger between those hours if you're taking a left into McDonald's.
