Very conveniently located, however for a day-to-day pharmacy they are not very efficient and keep messing up prescription orders.

I was prescribed a specialty drug and experiencing some VERY challenging symptoms early on. MMC's Clinical "Specialty" Pharmacist, John, was terrific - Highly informed, empathetic, understanding and above all, available for emotional support when it rough. I had his direct number and experienced same day, and sometimes, same hour return calls. He then ALWAYS followed up the next day to see how I was doing. He'd take the initiative to contact my doctor to update him on difficulties, changes and more. John takes his job and his clients very seriously. His being a really nice guy is just icing on the cake! Also, on weekends and after hours, the remaining pharmacy staff was equally responsive and helpful. They'd also be sure to communicate with John for follow-up. Top notch, all-around! Their being open 24-7 is also a huge plus! MK, South Portland, Maine
