Ordered two taquitos and a drink. Sat in line for 30 minutes...still no food. The other line went through 5 orders, 2 of which ordered after us. What is the malfunction in your process? Absolutely the most ridiculous wait I have ever seen. Never coming back to this whataburger...

I thought it would be a nice dining,yet my order was wrong 3 times,one of the times it was just handed off to me like a football with no appoligies,so complain to management,no support to bring a pleasant wellcome to my first visit,no smiles or appoligies,very unpleasant atmosphere,with flies at our booth window lost my appetite,hope they do better

First visit took about 10 minutes to get a bagged up to go order that was specified as dine in so of course no courtesy tray offering catchup followed. While sitting close to the door behind what seems like the designated break table one employee dropped his drink while getting up only to place a cone nearby and go outside to finish his break, leaving someone else to clean it up once it was finally discovered.
Last visit is taking place as I type, 15 minutes to get another bagged up dine in order after hearing "are y'all going to take that order out" coming from the kitchen for several times. Again, had to chase down catchup for what ended up being cold sponge-like fries that I didn't bother eating. Burger couldn't even melt the cheese. With what seems like 2-4 employees standing around and visiting at all times you can imagine my discontent. Watched a girl come out with broom and dust pan... She made it as far as the "break table" and then returned to the kitchen after visiting for a few minutes with her fellow employees. There's still a napkin in the isle two tables up and fries around the back door floor mat. With the slim selections that exist in this town and myself being a huge Whataburger advocate, it's extremely disappointing to know that I won't be visiting this store anymore....I can get cold food and anger issues for less than $10 anywhere.

The person at the counter taking orders was awesome and so was the one that brought my food to the table, but I learned 2 things at this location
1. They give preferential treatment to Hispanics
2. do not special order they will get it wrong.

a large table of HISPANICS (6+) received their food before me and I was alone. The reason I had ordered my fries with no salt and they put salt on them, so they had to make wait till the next batch of fries were done.
I was on my lunch and did not need this delay.

Kevin Ramirez I would advise that you express the importance of "customer service" to your staff at this location. Things started off fine until I went to get condiments for my breakfast platter. First off the new design that the corporation has implemented puts a barrier between the customer and the staff. I approached the area where someone could see me from the kitchen area next to another gentleman who was waiting for service only to be completely ignored after they helped him. After that the girls working drive thru continued to carry on their conversation until I literally had to yell "can I get some help". The response I got was basically "what do you want". I would suggest using the video from my visit as a training video for what not to do when you are working a customer service job.
