Issue? SLOPPY dentist work and HORRIBLE wait time. I have been waiting literally two hours to get my teeth cleaned. I had a 1 pm appointment. Once the doctor finally came in, the dental assistants decided to go over the treatment plan with me. So then the dentist left and I had to wait even MORE. Seriously??? I had to wait 2 hours just to wait even more?? Why couldn't the dental assistant go over the treatment plan while they came to check on me BEFORE the doctor was ready? WORST customer service. Do the dentists even care how much their patients have been waiting? There is obviously no communication among the staff for patients' wait time. Then when I actually had the prophylaxis, both the dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. V, were EXTREMELY sloppy. The dental assistant first of all was superfluous. She couldn't even see that drool was dripping down the side of my face, so what did she use the suction tool for? Then the dentist's suction tool somehow exploded and got spit and water all over my t-shirt!! It was soaking wet. The WORST dentist visit ever.

Both of my kids had work done here and everything went so well! The dentists were all friendly and very good with the kiddos. It definitely has been a good experience both times we've been here.
