Came after a long, stressful work shift. I ordered the Pad See Ew to go. I really enjoyed it. Had a slight sweetness to it. Nice amount of heat to my dish. Staff was friendly. Will for sure visit again!

The basil fried rice is really good. A very plesent spot for lunch especially.

The quantity of food was great. The dumplings were nice but not with strong flavour. Tom yum soup was really good. The main course was good in quantity but sweet for us.

I've eaten @ many Thai restaurants, by far THAI PLACE ( Walnut St., Shadyside ) is my favorite. They're clear broth soup is unbelievable very family oriented And actually went out of the way to give me the recipe, in today's fast-paced world it's refreshing to see an old school restaurant

Wonderful food, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. I cannot begin to recommend a favorite dish because they are all so good. Also, plenty of excellent choices for a vegetarian. Love this restaurant. Unless they have recently changed owners and are serving cat food, the negative reviews are odd (especially the McDonalds one.)
