I don't know of any place that does better pancakes (crepe style). They also do other foods pretty well. Cash only!

Went here for breakfast. Had the speciality hotcakes with bacon. It was delicious, but was like it's soaked in heaps of oil and butter.
Portions are super sized too, which is really good value for money. I could hardly finish a quarter of my hotcakes.

Coffee is good. The banana walnut hotcakes and the chorizo hash are great. There can be a long wait at times. Cash only is a negative.

Visited the diner in Squirrel Hill location overall service was fast and quite accommodating. I had the corned beef with added veg quite tasty but a bit salty. I would go again.

I was told this was a NOT-TO-BE-MISSED place to go eat. I was also told to arrive early! And they were right. The hotcakes are amazing. The food is good, the coffee carafe was appreciated, and the service was friendly and fast. After arriving a few minutes before opening, we watched as cars poured into the area, and bikers rode up to the door. It was full 15 minutes after opening.
This is a cash-only place. But it is well worth the early morning visit! Customers tend to move in and out fairly quickly, but there was a wait for food after 8am. Also, smaller parties are easier to sit - so you may move faster than the larger groups. After visiting Squirrel Hill for food, we strolled the friendly shops.
