Ordered a deep dish that looked and tasted reheated and burnt. Pepperoni wasnt cooked. Im a mom and pop kinda pizza orderer, and I have to say very disappointed. I ordered from hospital expecting better quality for this area.

HORRIBLE! I will NEVER go back, the service was horrid, the food was inedible, and the aftermath of trying to get a proper exchange and a remake of my food was long, difficult, and the woman gave me the run-around. The manager is just as terrible. If no star was possible that'd be my choice. Literally ONLY eat here if you are ridiculously drunk and willing to WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Was upset at the deep dish for the first time. I have ordered it in the past and it was good. This time, not quite as deep. Also paid an extra 5 dollars for what is normally layered pepperoni, but today was about 15 rather slim cut pieces of my beloved pizza topping. Won't be returning to Larry and Carol's unfortunately.
