DO NOT USE THE CARD MACHINES AT THE PUMPS. Credit card skimmers are rampant here. The thieves use a stolen master key to open the machine up and install the skimmer on the inside so that you can't detect it from the outside. Our card has been stolen twice in the past couple of months, despite us checking for it all the time. Go inside to purchase your gas and complain about the skimmers to the cashiers until they finally take the hint and start checking their machines.

Hate to say it, but most of these reviews are correct. This location has very long wait times and low customer appreciation. HOWEVER, today was different. I saw new faces, the management was stepping up (whom I have never seen before despite working near the location and visiting everyday) and a manager was working the food line. Maybe this is the change this location has been needing.
I will be back to update my review after the changes settle..
Update 10/27/2017: Surprisingly, the place has picked up. I will modify my "1 star" and change it to a "3 star." The changes in personnel have been noticeable, and I do get my lunch faster than 4 weeks ago. Truth is, the place is in the center of the area, and there aren't many gas stations around. Good luck getting a gas dispenser spot in under 5 minutes during the time everyone gets off of work. If GetGo could expand this location, or build another one next door, it would pay off probably. Nice work, management.

Good for gas, if the pump works, not much else.
You won't "GetGo-ing" very fast if you enter the store! They have some of the rudest and laziest employees I ever seen. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. After about 15 minutes, I asked the employee the status of my soft pretzels - the store was not busy - and the girl was terribly rude.
Another visit, the gas pump would not accept my credit card (broken reader?) and I was forced to enter the store. I had to wait 15 minutes in line only to fight with a young man who told me "I was doing it wrong". I asked him to come to the pump then and "do it right". He realized that the reader was broken, and finally allowed me to pay for fuel inside the store. 30 minutes of annoyance and fighting just for a fill up.
Go elsewhere.

So apparently they now have a "beer & wine only" register. Which would be fine, but of course its Baum Blvd GetGo so it isn't fine. The girl at the "beer" register was hustling people without beer away from her register, to the one other register open, with a deep line and a cashier slowly looking for something behind the register that she couldn't find. Consistently going into a "convenience" store and having to wait in line 5-10 minutes is not acceptable. Its like this place goes out of its way to be as inconvenient as possible. Can't this place turn into a Sheetz or something?

I waited 23 minutes (YES, TWENTY THREE MINUTES) for a hot dog and a soft pretzel. So much for quick and easy. The menu either needs to be cut way down to something these people can handle or they need to suck it up and properly staff their store and kitchen.
