if i could give this place less than 1 star i would. if you’re going to go here go through the drive through because the other employees are incompetent. i’ve tried giving them second chances in hopes they were just having a bad day but every time i’ve gone i have been met with terrible customer service and slow moving employees. it takes 20 minutes for them to pour you a cup of hot coffee and one girl had the audacity to stop working for 5 minutes staring at us drinking orange juice instead of trying to bring the line down. go to starbucks at least they have good customer service.

Woke up this morning to pick up coffee and breakfast before work. I double checked last night to ensure they were open at 5am. I arrived shortly before 5am and saw the employees prepping. 5:05 & they still didn't turn on the lights or acknowledge my presence. I then went to the door at 5:12 looked inside at 2 employees who looked at me but did nothing. I ended up having to go to McDonalds which made us both sad as we prefer dunkin on the weekends. Don't advertise you open at 5am on the door and the drive thru window and not open until your lazy employees feel like opening. Maybe that should be a sign... open when we feel like it hours.

Nothing like working an 11 pm to 7 am shift, going to get a coffee with your partner and you aren't open...The sign on the door saying 5 am we thought gave us ample time when we got there at 630.

Had a very lackluster experience with service. Got there at about 6pm and only the drive through was open. We had parked a couple of parking lots away, so that was really inconvenient. Then the employees were really unfriendly. At first I thought we had come in right before closing or something because they seemed angry at us. But no, they're open until 12am. Also we had a really small order so I couldn't figure out why they seemed hostile. The food was fine but I don't like feeling like I did something wrong by ordering donuts.

This Dunkin will make you want to never go here again. The drive thru is extremely slow. .. I mean I'm there 5:12 AM before work and I have to wait at least 9 minutes at the window if I'm lucky. I'd understand the wait if the food was well prepared but it's not/ I ordered a toaster bagel, no cream cheese. I received a cold bagel with cream cheese. I will take the extra time to go to Starbucks in the morning from now.
