The owner effectively. Expressed his feelings on who he hires and how he feels about the "G" word on his interview with Anthony. Giving an added piece to the narrative CNN was putting out about Western Pa. That was a very saddening episode about my hometown especially when he panned over to New Alexandria?.... I thought we were on the good side of the Mason Dixon line... Very sad episode from beginning to end.

This place is awesome. Excellent service and interesting meats cured in house are the primary draw. Cocktails and bartenders are top notch as well. The salumi platters are my favorite choice and consistently blow my mind.

I always say that I know what to order on a menu, but it is limited by the quality of the selection.... I can't say there is a single thing on the menu at Cure that isn't impressively outstanding. My friend and I ordered five different dishes between us and every one was creative, packed with flavor (without being too rich) and expertly prepared. It is rare that I'm truly impressed, but I feel safe in saying that Cure is the single best restaurant in Pittsburgh (possibly even the best I've ever been to). Bring your dates. Bring your parents. Bring your coworkers. No foodie will be disappointed.

One of the best dinners out there.... We went off of the "Tasting Menu" which I would highly recommend with the added wine pairing and it was over the top. Clearly the Chef and staff know their flavors and how to put them together like artists!

Went in to pick up a gift card for my boyfriend's birthday. Hostess was really helpful and quickly met the owner who was also very pleasant when I interrupted their conversation on accident. When we made reservations, found it to be super easy from their website. We were greeted and seated quickly, with an informative waiter who also was quick to get us all we needed to get comfortable and ready to order. The food was excellent, a very unique experience with many choices to try. I really enjoy charcuterie boards, especially their different styles of cured meats, cheese, and pickles! Plus the entrees were equally delicious. We could see groups enjoy rounds of cocktails and specialty share plates that made us feel it would be a great place to bring out of town guests to try too. Will dine again.
