Burgatory can be a mixed bag. The abilility to create your own means means sometimes you make poor choices. On the other hand when you hit on something good it can taste pretty phenomenal. Ingredients are high quality and the meat is usually cooked to specification. A few times my burger has been overdone which is preventing a 5 star rating, but on the whole I usually have a great experience. Try the gorgonzola fries as an accompaniment to your burger. You won't regret it.

Waterfront Burgatory is another great location. Staff is friendly and quick, food is amazing, and they have a decent selection of beers. They just got the incredible burger, a plant based burger that actually tasted good too...

Very tasty and great service. The impossible burger was interesting. Almost too "meat-like"! Their chips that come with their burgers are actually really great. I liked them just as much as their tasty french fries!

I just had this amazing drink...berry something. It had mint in it. So good. And my burger was perfection. Thank you burgatory for consistently being amazing and top notch ❤❤❤

I visit this place once in a while with a few friends. There's usually a pretty long wait to get in, especially on Saturday and Friday nights, or Saturday at lunchtime. Service is usually pretty good and the burgers are great. You can design your own personalized burger or order one from the menu. Lots of good options and they usually have business, elk, or boar or some other interesting alternative to beef. Burgers aren't small but not too big either.
Decent beer selection - not a ton of options but usually something to please everyone.
