So. The other night my girlfriend and i went to tilden to dance a little longer see our friends and have fun. A few months prior we stopped in after a show, paid the membership fee and havent gone back since, not due to any issues, because we haven't been to a show in a while.
Well Wednesday 8/23/17, we left a local venue and stopped down, only to find that my membership was valid but my girlfriend's had been cancelled and blacklisted by the owner per the person taking membership payments. The owner doesn't know either of us, and the person at the membership desk was least helpful. Telling us that the owner blacklisted her and wouldn't give us a reason. Even after explaining that we have only been there once which was when we paid for the membership. The person at the desk just shouted about how we had to take it up with sonney (the owner) and refused to give us details on how to do so.
We still do not have any idea what the reason that she was blacklisted. There were several others the having the same experience that night.
The whole experience was frustrating and poor customer service. I hope to hear from the owner, and will try to go another night to see if my membership is still active, if it isn't... I'd be wondering if it is due to this review.
All in all it is a nice club has some good edm the and if your membership keeps working a great after hours bar.

The membership is a scam. I paid for a membership a couple months ago, returned to the club thus morning, and was told I never renewed my membership. Get a receipt.

No phone number to contact the place and you never gave me my drivers license back. Why make things so complicanted for your customers to contact you. That doesn't make them feel safe nor appreciated.
