ATM could use an upgrade to accept checks and cash without envelopes. Waited 10 mins for a drive up teller, would've been better off going inside.

The staff at the Bloomfield branch are A+ They are very friendly and get to know you on a first name basis. It's been a pleasure banking with them. Josh, Kevin and Jim are all great guys!

Great customer service, and actual real human tellers at the call centers. This is a local Pittsburgh bank, and the personalized service at the Bloomfield branch reflects this.
