Worst experience with a car rental. Owner/manager did not honor our reservation made with centralized reservation system. When we got there the owner/manager already accepted 6 reservations when he only had 2 cars. When we explained we took a cab to get the reserved car and we found his ambivalence unacceptable he kicked us out of the office. Go anywhere else but Avis/Budget and absolutely do not use this Pittsburgh office!

Allen was very customer friendly. Our monthly agreement had to be modified and it became very messy. We could not understand the charges or coverage etc we were getting and Allen explained everything clearly and made sure we had the best deal without having to pay extra. Awesome service!! I agree with an earlier review "YOU GUYS ROCK"!!

We are regulars here. Find staff friendly, cars ready as requested. Location is easy to find and gets you on the road quickly , easy access to Fort Pitt Tunnel and Fort Duquesne Bridge and Allegheny River Bridges.
