I've had a lot of Brazilian waxes in my lifetime coming from Southern California. Dannielli is by far the best waxer I have been to. The wax was the least painful I've ever had, she was extremely professional, friendly, and an overall extremely likable person. The front desk was also extremely friendly and helpful. My Brazilian looks AWESOME, the least amount of irritation and stray hairs I've ever had. Dannielli also told me if I want to get rid of the hairs permanently that she's also a laser technician and offers the new Soprano Ice laser hair removal, she said its pain-free, works for all skin color and takes only 8 sessions, best part no more waxing or ingrown hairs, she said laser hair removal does away with all that. My boyfriend and I are schedule to start our Brazilian laser hair removal in four weeks! We can't wait to be hair free for good :-)

I had been putting off my waxing for my legs and chest area for months because I was nervous, scared, and anticipated embarrassment. Finally I could not put off any longer and googled a place in the neighborhood when I came across Rio Wax Salon in Phoenix. I was attracted to their very beautiful building looks from the street. I called to set my appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful! She suggests me to see Dannielli.
She is so professional, and kind; she really wants me to have a relaxing experience, besides I was running a few minutes late to my appointment. She did right by me and allowed me; even thou it compromised a bit her next schedule. Dannielli is very sweet, made me feel comfortable, she did a great waxing. Her ability to do a great wax and keep a legit conversation with me was awesome; it totally took my mind off everything. I kept yapping away because it was making me less and less nervous. In retrospect, I don't even think it really hurt that much and was over before I even knew it.
Knowing now that I can call back and book again with her makes my next visit a sure thing that I will have to same quality work that she did for me!

I called to make an appointment and the lady that picked up either didn't know the price or was trying to rip me off. She quoted me a price and when I questioned it, she tries lowering it by $5. Then I ask why its a different price quote online and she tells me she doesn't know what it says online, but we can do that price too. Then there was some confusion if this salon is just Suddenly Slimmer spa or its own entity. After all of this mess, I still try to make an appointment and they require name, phone number, address, email address, and credit card number. When I told her I wasn't comfortable giving all this information just to book my appt., she hung up on me. All of this for a simple eye brow wax. I will never step foot in to this establishment.

I come here for my Laser Spot marks removal. I love the fact that is pretty much pain free and with few applications I am ready to go out without my make-up and my skin is clean and shinning without those sun skin spots. They are locate close to my work in Phoenix arcadia area.
I love their professional approach with their laser treatments!

The girls really know their waxing and laser hair removal in Phoenix.
Friends have been there for the past 6 years and just have great results.
I used their laser for my chest and arms areas after the 6 sessions they simply gone!
