Jenny is fantastic if you need a deep tissue massage.

HORRIBLE!!! My husband scheduled a massage for me to enjoy some me time. 1st time massage. I'll never come here again, waste of my time and money. The table was extremely uncomfortable. It made my massage worse. My body spent more time trying to balance and find the right position than relax and enjoy the massage. I walked out of there stiff and in pain. The only good thing about this place is the scent of the massage oil / lotion and the music.

I am shocked that this "message" clinic managed to receive any five star ratings. If you're thinking about trying this place, please read my experience below first before you waste your money.
1) The ladies working the front desk were upset because I bought 2 massages (one for myself & one for my husband) with Groupons. They said we were supposed to have said something when we made the appointment because they have a "limit" on Groupons. I've never had that issue with other companies.
2) The 2 ladies at the front desk ended up being the only workers, so they had to lock up when it was our turn. A little creepy, but okay, I can understand being short-handed.
3) My massage therapist lost a contact while walking me into the massage room. This would've been fine, but the problem was that she acted very unprofessional about it. (i.e. talking loudly, rummaging around, dropping stuff.)
4) My massage therapist didn't show me where to put my belongings in the room, so I put them on a chair. Turns out that was the chair she needed to sit on. So, without asking, she moved my belongings. This included my prescription glasses, which of course fell on the floor as soon as she moved the pile. (I was lucky she didn't step on them given that she was without her contacts.)
5) I haven't had many massages before, but she assumed I had. She didn't tell me whether to start out laying on my back or my stomach. Plus she didn't tell me to get under the blanket. (I didn't realize it was there since it was so dark in the room.) So I was laying under a small towel the entire time, which made me very cold most of the time.
6) My massage therapist used her personal cell phone for music, so everytime she received a text/message, the music would pause and her phone would *ding*.. not very relaxing. Plus the music she chose was nothing like the peaceful outside/woods/rain/ocean noises that I'm used to. It was actual songs with words.
7) The message room had a ticking clock in it. Again, not very relaxing.
8) My massage therapist was chewing on cough drops the whole time. Which I can understand doing if you're sick, but at least don't be loud about it.
9) She was also wearing large jewelry on her wrist and her neck. So it was very cold each time the jewelry touched my skin. (Of course being under a small towel instead of the blanket didn't help.)
10) I had ordered a "deep tissue massage." But there were times when I really couldn't breathe and I thought she was going to snap my neck. Near the end, she actually climbed on my back and "massaged" me with her boney dry knees.
*That's about it for my massage experience. My husband's wasn't as bad, but he too experienced a very painful massage. Plus his massage therapist talked almost the whole time. I hope this helps anyone's decision as to whether or not to go here.*

Unlike any other massage place. They offer stretching too. As a parapalgic I couldn't recommend them more. They care about YOU opposed to just a person with money. Try it out and you won't regret it.
