It okay but the chicana valley girl with piggy tails has got to be about the RUDDEST EMPLOYEES AT ANY FALLAS LOCATION. DUMB TOO.
MY FRIEND BOUGHT SO STUFF THERE AND THE CASHIER NOTICED ONE OF THE ITEMS THAT MY FRIEND WANTED DIDNT HAVE A PRICE TAG SO SHE GUESTAMATED THE AND CHARGED MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS . BEFORE WE LEFT MY FRIEND CHECKED THE RECIEPT AND GOOD THING CAUSE SHE NOTICED THAT AND WHEN SHE POINTED OUT THE SAM3 SHIRT WITH A FEW DOLLAR DIFFERENCE LESS THAN WHAT IT WAS SO THEN ANOTHER WORKER RICHARDO CAME TO HELP US BUT DIDNT TRIED TO GIVE US A REFUND ON A GIFT CARD BUTWE DIDNT WANT A GIFT CARD WE JUST WANTED THE FEW $ BACK . THATS WHEN CHICANA BLURTS OIT OH WELL WE DONT GIVE CASH REGUNDS. WELL IF IT WASNT FOR THAT DUMB HOE MAKING A CLERICAL ERROR THAT WOULNT HAVE HAPPENED. HER NAME IS VIVOAN SO MAKE SURE WHEN UOU BUY STUFF FROM THERE YOU CHECK YOU ARE BEING CHARGED RIGHT.

They have great deals, but everything is just thrown around and piled on top of each other. It looks trashy.....but it's worth rummaging through. If it were organized I'd say it would be worth 4 stars.

Store was very dirty workers were blasting loud music only in Spanish never seen this store so bad

Came for uniform shorts, asked about their return policy before purchasing(As long as I bring the receipt back returns are up to 30 days). Came back a few days later and they did not have any smaller sizes. Asked for a refund and I was told "it's not our store policy to provide refunds, you'll have to come back when the manager is here." 😒 lesson learned, don't wait last minute to buy uniform shorts. They are hard to find. I would have been better off ordering online from target or old navy. They tend to offer better customer service.

The prices for items at this store are just excellent! I love shopping here for scrubs or kids clothes but the only downside about this store is that online it says they are open at 8 o'clock and I don't believe they're actually open at 8 o'clock! They should get that fixed so people don't have to drive to their store and have to wait for them to open.
