They are very responsive with e-mail and phone calls. They answered all my questions and are doing a great job of servicing my account. I definitely recommend them.

I didn't have the negative experiences that some reviewers listed. My experience was quite good... much better than the title companies from previous closings. My agent was Theresa, and she was very thorough. She advocated for me w/the lender when my broker seemed uninterested. Communication w/her was clear, accurate, and not delayed. I liked the closing/signing at my house.. that is standard in their closing costs. Stewart's closing fees were notably less than Drigg's... and not having to drive to their office for the signing was a very very nice service.

Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware. Terrible company run by incompetent people. Had to file a department of insurance complaint for claim denial and lack of any action on their part in even processing a claim. They honestly don't give a rip about you or your problems. AVOID AT ALL COST is my advice. I thought all the crooks were in Washington DC but they are in Arizona also.

it is a day after my "latest closing date" with stewart title. I've been waiting for a return call all day. I was supposed to sign the papers last week, then yesterday, now late today, which is beginning to look like sometime tomorrow - who knows, still have not received a call back.

DO NOT USE STEWART TITLE. Endless loops of voicemail recordings. Never return phone calls. My closing was delayed by over 2 weeks because Stewart Title couldn't get it together on time. On the morning of closing, I found out my "final number" while I was driving to the bank to cut the check! Then two weeks later, received "intent to cancel" letter from my insurance co., because Stewart never sent in the check for the premium, which I paid in full at closing! Again, got stuck in endless loop of voicemail trying to get this fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had no choice because the seller in my case --FannieMae--insisted that I use this company. One incompetent organization recommending another incompent organization! I have never written one of these reviews on anything, but I feel it's my moral obligation to warn others not to go here.
