They told me I needed emissions (which I don't) I tried to explain that fact to them. They said I needed a waiver. The lady behind the counter at Express Title looked unprofessional and had minimal knowledge/incorrect knowledge and didn't listen when I explained to her that where I live does not require emissions to be done. She was dismissive of my explanation so we left. I ended up having to drive 25 minutes to ASAP Title and had a smooth title transfer as they knew where I live doesn't require emissions.

For where it's located, it's impressively clean inside. There was only two people ahead of us on a Tuesday at 4:30pm. The employees were nice and helpful. We weren't sure of the process of what to do once we bought a used car from a private owner but the employee thoroughly helped us. I'm overall happy I chose this location.

I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Process was easy, and attendant was helpful

I had a terrible experience over the phone and when I actually visited this location. The worst customer service and attitude that I have ever experienced. Did not help me with my title transfer or registration. Seemed to know little about her position. At the same time, the other two girls were on their phones giggling and discussing their stories from the weekend.
Do not waste your time going here, there are many other quick and easy title/registration places that are actually quick and easy and much more pleasant.
I will not being going back here.

The ladies there were very disregarding. The lady that ended up helped me didn’t even care too look at me as she spoke to me. I got all my paperwork tossed at, and as a result, my license ended up on the floor. That was my first time there, and it will definitely be my last.
