The most AH-MAZING dentist I have EVER been to!
I went from being horrified of the dentist (I actually had a dentist yell at me one time because I was too nervous?!!) to actually looking forward to going.
If you're looking for a dentist (whether you're fearful or not) I can guarantee Dr. Spinger (shout out to Doc!) and his staff will put you at ease from the professionalism, the knowledge, the level of compassion and the general customer service (I'm SUPER particular about customer service).
I will NEVER go anywhere else!

An amazing Dentist and equally as incredible is the Location and Office he's established. I can't believe, Dr. Spigner has been here 20 years, and I've only know about him for 2 years. Absolutely recomend for anyone in need of a regular Family Dentistry!

I've never been a fan of the Dentist, but let me just commend Dr. Spigner on being the best Dentistry in Phoenix. He's done an amazing job decorating the office and I absolutely love the location! This historic building is wondrous and every visit is not just a pleasure but a joy! If your like me and dread going to the Dentist, either find a Dentist like Spigner or just make it easy and have Dr. Spigner become your routine go to Dentist!

I've been a patient of Dr. Spigner for 19yrs. I was referred by a nurse. I had dental anxiety due to a military dental experience and hadn't seen a dentist in 5 yrs! Dr. Spigner and staff put me at ease. My 1st visit revealed 10 cavities! He fixed them over a few visits. His technique is PAINLESS! Even with numbing! He's done fillings, root canals, crowns, and veneers on me. I'm completely satisfied! I moved to AK and had to change dentists. That dentist complimented Dr. Spigner's work, said it was the best he'd ever seen. So, even living in Alaska, he is my only dentist. I commute! He's come in early, and stayed late to see me, called me on weekends to check on me and fit me in urgently before I traveled overseas. He inquires about my overall health, my family, work, and schooling. We always have great discussions during my visits. He's compassionate and kind. So is his staff. Highly recommend! I'm a nurse and I trust him completely! You CANNOT go wrong with Dr.Spigner and his staff!
