These people are nothing but thieves ! My daughter was told to return a vehicle by 5:00 pm, and she arrived at 4:30 to find the place closed. She had to make a flight to Florida, so had to leave the car without getting back the $250. 00 cash deposit. She was left penniless ! Then the corporate office promised to get her money back, but has now renigged, saying she didn't return it as scheduled. Her phone calls to them clearly document that she was there at 4:30. She also called the police dept. at 4:30 to ask what she should do. PLEASE don't get taken advantage of by these crooks !

I was hesitant to rent from them based of the negative reviews but I had no issues. They emailed me to remind me to have my own insurance proof if you don't want to use theirs. Really enjoy catching the yellow cab from airport as opposed to having to wait on a shuttle (They pay for ride). I would rather not have to drive a car through a car wash but it was 10 min detour on the way to drop it off (Also free). I had to stop anyways to fuel up. Friendly staff and will use again. 4 instead of 5 stars because of car wash policy which they were very clear with me about.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice car and best price. BUT. You must wash the car before returning (if its not just-washed clean). Or, they will charge you a cleaning fee - the woman at the counter showed me a car in normal condition, just returned and told me that people got charged.
So, be ready to spend couple of hours on car wash on your last day - this is how long in took us to find a car wash they have contract with on Phoenix, driving back and spending time in traffic on the way to the airport.
Would I rent from them again? NEVER. I would rather pay extra to rental agency who doesn't force customers to wash rental cars before returning. Would I recommend them to anyone - NEVER. Vacation is not for washing rental cars.

We flew in from Michigan and only had a prepaid debit card, they were able to work with us. Reasonable rates and the car was nice. Good people!! They aren't at the airport but will pay for the cab to them. Definitely recommend.
