The gentleman helping my kids and I was very nice. I made a comment to him about how the Ice in their shaved Ice last a lot longer and he took the time to explain their ice making process. True statement you learn something everyday.

Michael and the staff are amazing and really know how to make you feel special. Great happy customer service, Yay!. BTW, there are closer places to buy water/ice however I drive to them because of their pleasant personalities, cleanliness and again, it's all about the customer service.

Love this place great service and the staff is always very helpful & friendly!
I don't know why someone commented about creepy staff member at this location because I have been coming here for the last 6 years and in that time I have never ever seen or run into any creepy staff here!

Went in to get some ice and a gallon of water. Super easy set up, a gallon of clean water is 10 cents and a bag of ice is 1.29, can't beat the price or how fast and simple it was. They also have Thrifty Ice Cream and made to order hot dogs cooked right when you order them. I'll be back.
