I live on the same block so I pass by frequently. Many times I have passed by while they were closed even though the sign hours show they should have been open. I had been there once before, but was not enthused with the 45 minute wait due to the technicians 4:00 pm lunch break even though I had an appointment. I desperately needed my brows waxed before a wedding and thought bc they were in the neighborhood I could use the make up bar out of convenience. I called ahead and made an appointment. They were not happy about booking me, "because they were swamped until closing that night". Much to my surprise, when I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes early (an hour and a half before closing), the place looked like a ghost town. They had clearly been closed for a while. Just in case, I stuck around until my appointment time hoping someone would return. I even tried calling and left a voice mail letting someone know I was there. BTW, the voice mail system even stated the hours of operation and were supposed to be open while I was standing outside!!!!) I have yet to receive a response. I wouldn't recommend this place. I feel I gave it a fair shot going back after the first incident and definitely will not be returning.
