The food was ok. The service was bad. We were not given napkins or utensils even when our appetizers came. There seem to be no one to asks. The ketchup bottle was empty and they used McCormick salt and pepper shakers on their tables. The friendliest and most helpful person was the man bussing tables. I wouldn't go back again. I gave a tip to the server but it would have been much more. I believe in tipping people, especially if that is how they earn their living. Also the server had piercings which affect her speech.

The service could of been a lot better. I was with a group in which there was 12 of us. We only had one waiter rather than 2. It took an hour for the appetizers to come and another hour for the main dishes to come. In total we've waited over 2 hours to eat. And on top of that, the bathrooms weren't clean and outside balcony was dirty. You would expect a restaurant in center city to be more cleaner and professional.
Whats keeping me from giving this a 1 review is the manager. Who I believe gave everyone a discount after the lackluster service and apologized for it.

Just had lunch today and the experience was excellent!! Our server was kind and exceptional at her job!! Hate that I can't remember her name but she was awesome!! Will DEFINITELY be back again!

In town for a visit and had horrible service! After being seated, 5 servers walked past my table a total of 12 times. I caught the eye of one server and let her know I’d like to place an order and all she had to say was “I’m not your server.” Didn’t even have the decency to stop and offer to get one. Horrible experience at a franchise I usually have much love for.

We did the endless appetizers, which are really good. Our server was very nice. Our wait time between getting food could be quicker or place is so busy they need more help.
