The chicken basket was delicious, it was seasoned perfectly. I tend to avoid fried chicken because most the time it come out horrid but this dish was perfect. Highly recommend it and the drinks (well the hurricane and the Chestnut something) were awesome ... Definitely a great vibe !!!

Tried Jones restaurant on a whim. Great food, great service, upbeat contemporary atmosphere w/ 60s furniture and wall photos. Eclectic menu w/ lots of drink choices alcohol and non alcohol. Brisket and pot pie was our choices...awesome.

The service was amazing! The manager stopped by our table to talk and see how everything was going, and it just made the food taste better! The atmosphere was down to earth and just all around enjoyable. I've been back twice since then, and it will be my go-to place for nice events; I can't wait to try the next meal there!

Wonderful food and exceptional service. Our server, Emily, was very attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the dishes in the menu. The restaurant has great ambiance. The chicken and waffle is delicious. The chicken was tender and well seasoned and the waffle was light and full of flavor. The shrimp and cauliflower "grits" was a hit with my dinner companions. They raved about the gorgeous texture and flavor of the dish.

This was a really nice place with American comfort food for a pretty good price in the city center, but I have to take 1 star away because I found the chef really heavy-handed with the salt. A patron can always ADD salt if they want it, but they can't usually take it away. I found the calamari and onion rings and broccoli almost inedible. The salmon was good, though, and the desserts were delicious, especially the banana pudding. Staff were very nice and attentive, the place was humming but very efficient. Would definitely recommend once you are done with the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
