The best fries in the city! Always crispy and a treat for $4.00. Four bucks buys you a small which is like 3 fast food restaurant size. I did have one issue. Food handling by the cooks. They wear gloves but then they'll grab a handful of some raw meat to cook then with the same glove hold a roll to make a sandwich. I saw similar behavior on several visits. If not for that I would have scored them higher.

A really good cheesesteak - not the best ever but solid.. whiz with onions.. and make sure you get a Gremlin - very tasty!

This place was recommended to us when my family was visiting Philly. We were not disappointed!
We all had cheeseteaks and the Gremlin drink and fries. Everything tasted awesome. The drink was very unique and delicious. My husband commented that the fries were really good. I had sweet potatoe fries and asked for cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on them and they were amazing! We all left stuffed after eating half our cheeseteaks (they were packed) and the fries.
We ate inside, though it was a tight space with VERY limited seating that was counter/stool seats only. We would have just walked up to the window and got food to take away if we didn't have the kids and want them to be seated. It was fun to look at the wall of celebrities who have visited though. The guy who took our order was very personable.
The area was quite lively, which was cool, but we barely found parking. We got lucky and saw an open spot! We would definitely visit again when in Philly!
