I love this restaurant with all my heart. Not only do I enjoy the food, but I enjoy the service they provide me. I'm greeted with such courtesy every time I walk in, and I am joyful every time I walk out. I would give this store a 6 out of 5 stores if it was possible.

I tried to order a large mixed soup to my work which is less than a mile from their store. They refused delivery saying that my order wasn't large enough and it needed to be a minimum order of $12. Well, they charge for delivery and don't advertise that there is a minimum order for delivery. I could pay a cab to pick me up take me there and return for less than $12 plus the cost of the soup. They lost me as a customer and before now, I would never even consider another place to order Chinese food from. Here is a tip...if you advertise delivery and charge for delivery then it is bad customer service to deny that delivery because a person didn't order enough, and it is false advertising if you are not saying in your add that a minimum order is required for delivery. Additionally, If there is a minimum order required for delivery then you shouldn't be charging for it.
