This place sucks. The burger didn't fit the bun, it was dry, the soda machine was out of majority of flavors & sodas. Only thing good about this place, it was clean

MY BURGERS WERE DRY & DEHYDRATED!! MORE THAN ANYTHING WHEN I WENT TO DRINK MY SODA, THANK GOD I LOOKED 1ST, I HAD WHAT APPEARED TO BE A MARK OF A CIGARETTE BUTT IN MY SODA CUP!!!...I CAME BACK 2 WEEKS LATER BCUZ I DONT LIVE AROUND THERE AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE @ BK!!! THE MANAGER REFUSED TO REPLACE MY DRINK BCUZ I DIDNT "HAVE MY RECEIPT FROM 2 WEEKS AGO" AND THEN HE CALLED THE OWNER WHO STILL REFUSED MY REQUEST EVEN THOUGH I PULLED OUT $300!!! SMMFH....THEY JUST LOST MY AND ALLLL MY PEOPLES BUSINESS...OVER A DAMN $1!!!!!

I'm at this location every Wednesday. Last week I ordered a vanilla milkshake. I complained about the thickness of the milkshake to the employee and the manager on duty EXPLAINED to me that they are supposed to be that way (no they are not) but I didn't want to argue. So I go to my seat, eat a straw full of my milkshake and realized that i received a fruitloop flavored cup of ice cream! At This point, i speak to a different employee and she made that situation correct for me and I'm very grateful for that! This week I asked for fresh hash browns, since I've been an assistant manager at burger king in the past I could tell they put the already cooked ones back in to heat them up therefore they were NOT FRESH and OVERCOOKED! I dine in.... the crew was cursing and there were several customers dining in their restaurant. I think that behavior is unacceptable!
I'll be back because its within walking distance of where i am at that time. Really hoping it gets better.
