I love this place! Vegan cheese fries are amazing, vegan pizza also amazing. Employees are friendly and welcoming, and there are a lot of options to choose from. I take non-vegans and they like the food as well.

Here for the first time and the pizza is amazing 😊😊😊😊 you will have a happy tummy. The service is also great 😊😊😊. Coming form a non vegan. I definitely will be coming back.❤️❤️

Today was the second time we came here, and the customer service was extremely poor again.
Their pizza is pretty good, but their 12" was hardly 12" in diameter. And we got their cheese fries which were okay, but had almost no flavor.
I've had better vegan cheesesteak meals in Baltimore than here, for much better price than $9 (and if you want a side a fires $4????). Not the worst place, but not really worth what people rave about.

The food here was amazing. It's always great to visit a restaurant where we can have anything on the menu and not worry! We came there for the Cheesesteak, since we were told it was the best one in the city. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I wish we had time to return, but it means we'll have more to explore on another trip! (portions are BIG too, heads up)

Here's why it's a 2 star rating: the quality and consistency of service is nonexistent. It's hit and miss here. Sometimes, service is great and they've got a great cook on deck, preparing everything excellently. Other times, it's like everyone is new or has a horrible attitude and they just cannot collectively, get it together. They don't clean the tables, there's rarely utensils etc available and the worst part, the food never tastes the same. I keep giving them chance after chance, hoping that improvements and positive change will happen but it never does. The only thing they've got going for them is that they're unique to the city. The menu is creative, vegan, kosher and nut free--but again, the quality and even serving sizes vary. It's disappointing, especially when you're spending at minimum $30 for you and another to get a full "Blackbird Pizzeria" experience or just a large pizza pie. I would spend so much more money if I knew I'd get the same quality with each visit.
