Let me start off by saying my girlfriend and her family have been ordering from Perri's for 35+ years give or take a couple.
Tonight we ordered a large pizza with half roasted red peppers. It was delivered and had half long hot peppers. When we called, the "owner" got on the phone and was very rude! 1st he tells us that they are the same peppers just not red, WRONG! Long hots and green or red peppers are totally different! When we tried explaining this he got very rude! Then he says he doesn't know what we told the person who took our order! Seriously??? No matter how nice we were in explaining this he kept arguing for no reason! We finally said "just give us out money back."
Absolutely amazing that after all these years this is how we were treated. I work in the pizza business and know first hand how tough it is to keep customers coming back, especially customers that have been ordering for as long as my gf's family has!
All we wanted was the right pizza, nothing more! And the "owner" refused to act like a normal person and handle this correctly! When Perri's is struggling in the coming years for repeat business, my review and others like us not going here anymore will be the reason!!!
