We have had nothing but problems with Ed. He gives you the run around or doesn't answer calls. He gets your insurance check which isn't enough to complete the work needed and then never tells you he has the check. These people are out for themselves. They are rude, ignorant and do not care about you at all. Do NOT use them. It will be your worst nightmare.

The fire happened March 10th, 2017. It is now April 25th, 2017. and repairs to our home hasn't even started yet. The public adjuster
won't return phone calls, He stated when our ins company sends the money they will start the work. I keep getting the run a round. Lord HELP

Tri-State has shown through several times for use when we had damage to our home. Most recently when there was a large church fire in our neighborhood and we got smoke damage and soot Ronnie Spay was on the scene for a couple of days making shore everyone was being taken care of who he represented.They are the BEST.

Tri state adjuster's were great everyone was pleasant and Ron was very pro active with getting every I needed done without hesitation I was very satisfied with there service.

I signed up with them on june 6th 2014 and I can barely get a phone call response .The repair and clean up crew never showed up to do the work . I'm in limbo with no one taking any kind of responsibility at all across the board . If I knew this would be the scenario I never would have even bothered to choose them , so as it stands as of now I got no repair start date or no one handling the matter professionally . They win again !
