They where totally in clear and shady about payment and the wellness plan. They said I was going to be put into a collection agency even though I was paying in cash and owed them nothing. What? That didn't even make sense, so I said just cancel the wellness plan. Then they came back with a price that was almost 70$ more! I guess that was my punishment for canceling the plan. So I said cancel my next appointment too. Then I read all these bad reviews about them too. I will definitely never go there again.

I have taken my dog here for over two years. We have purchased the preventative health plan for her, that includes vaccinations, two comprehensive exams a year, a teeth cleaning, and access to the doctor in an emergency. My dog, who is very timid, readily goes to the techs workout being afraid. I appreciate their care for her.
